Justina has 14 years experience working as a coach in the career and personal development fields and a 25 year history working as an actor. This combination of knowledge and experience is unique as a resource for actors.
Justina began her journey in the entertainment industry modeling in London in 1980, landing in the pages of Vogue, Good Housekeeping, Harpers Bazaar and Cosmopolitan followed by a short stint in the music business. In 1981 she entered acting when she was cast in the film The Cold Room with George Segal. She continued by working on the feature films Jerry Maguire and Kiss the Girls, and guest starring on the TV series Seinfeld, Suddenly Susan, The X-Files, Cold Case and The Highlander among others. Justina landed a series regular role on the Paramount network television show Seven Days portraying Russian physicist Dr. Olga Vukavich, for which she won a Saturn Award for Best Supporting Actress on Television in 2001. Justina then walked away from her rising career in Hollywood to train and work in the human potential and personal development fields, areas she had long been most interested in. For 14 years she has been a guide, teacher, and coach to hundreds of people both within and outside the entertainment industry.
Justina is author of the award-winning book for actors, How to be a Happy Actor in a Challenging Business: A Guide to Thriving Through it All, and is an expert contributing writer for BackStage magazine.
She is married to Dr. Jeff Evans, a leadership development consultant, speaker, and #1 best-selling author. They live with their two canine children Ruby and Truman.
